Combine these exercises with a scenic view and the fresh air of Coconut Grove, and you’ve got a true recipe for relaxation. The Coconut Grove Business Improvement District is proud to host free outdoor yoga classes this November. All will be instructed by experienced Dharma Studio professionals with a knack for busting up your weariness and anxiety.
Each week, you can visit the following classes:
- Tuesday and Thursday classes at Peacock Park (6pm-7pm)
- Saturday classes at the Mayfair Hotel & Spa Rooftop (8am-9am)
No RSVP is necessary. All you need to do is show up with your mat and a good attitude and you’re ready to stretch!
