While the many fine attractions in South Florida are enough to dazzle, we can’t overlook its original wonder: The flora. The amazing plant-life, from vivid flowers to tall palm trees, is a cornerstone of Floridian charm.
Want to celebrate the natural wonders that South Florida exudes? Come bask in it all at Pinecrest Gardens, where fun abounds for the entire family.
Another Day in Paradise
As a massive botanical garden, Pinecrest Gardens is home to a wide variety of native and exotic plants, impressive geographical formations, and bodies of water. As a matter of fact, parts of the original Snapper Creek still run through the east end of the property.
In addition to unique areas such as the one-acre cypress slough and a 3.3-acre tropical hardwood hammock, you can spot colorful wildlife throughout the property. All fish, turtles, crabs, birds, and other animals are well-cared for and safe within Pinecrest’s borderlines.
Pay a visit if you’re looking to soak up the exceptional wildlife wonders that surround us in Southern Florida.
Wildlife Takes Center Stage
More than a botanical garden, Pinecrest is a cultural arts park, where visitors can view fine art by local creators and take in concerts, dance performances, theatre, and much more. Among these shows, you’ll find performances by the Alhambra Orchestra, the Miami Acting Company, and other well-respected troupes from the area.
