Your Guide to Carnaval Miami 2018

Miami may have been made famous by its night clubs and beautiful beaches. However, the true foundation of the city is its ethnic culture.

Kiwanis of Little Havana created Carnaval Miami as a means of celebrating the Hispanic culture upon which Miami was founded. Over the years, it’s truly transformed into one of the biggest parties around.

Here’s what to expect at the 2018 festival…

Celebrate Your City with Carnaval Miami

Food, music, art, dance—all these things lie at the heart of Carnaval Miami. However, so does a drive and ambition to make the city a better place; and not just for business owners, but for workers, children, families…

Through its 12 exciting weekend events, the first being held on February 10th and the last ending on June 16th, Carnaval Miami and Kiwanis of Little Havana raise millions of dollars to help fund life-changing projects throughout the city.

  • Tap that Craft | February 10th
    The craft beer scene has really exploded in the last decade. So, it’s no surprise that it’s found its way to the city of Miami. Tap that Craft celebrates all the best beer in and around the city of Miami, offering tastings for all!
  • Cordials & Candy | March 3rd

Looking to indulge in a guilty pleasure (or two)? Visit Carnaval on the Mile to enjoy a decadent lineup of sweet treats and even sweeter cordials—all accompanied by live music, of course.

  • Fútbol 5v5 | March 31st

If you consider yourself something of an athlete, then this will be the Carnaval event for you. Bring the entire family for a day of good, old-fashioned fútbol! With over 100 teams expected, the spirit of competition should be alive and well.

Enrich Your City with Carnaval Miami

Carnaval Miami may be a massive street fair and a months-long party, but it’s so much more than that. It’s a way for locals to enrich their community and have a whole lot of fun in the process.
