Stiltsville Fish Bar is situated at the center of the Sunset Harbor neighborhood, bringing a relaxed and casual environment to anybody who chooses to stop by. You know the food is worthwhile when a restaurant catches the attention of local residents—which Stiltsville is consistently packed with.
Their atmosphere is focused on Key West-inspired drinks, quality seafood, and absolutely stunning sunsets. Enjoy your food and drink at the bar, dining room, or hop into one of their hammocks to watch the sunset while you finish your beer.
A Taste of the Brunch Menu
Sunday brunch has never been tastier! Not only is the menu expansive, but it also has more diversity than most brunch menus you would likely see elsewhere. At the top of the menu, you’ll see a variety of raw bar options, including Snapper Ceviche, Shrimp Cocktail, and Tuna Crudo.
They also have a dish called Cobia Tiradito, which is comprised of avocado, crispy hominy and popped corn, aji amarillo, and cilantro and lime. For our seafood traditionalists, you can always order a half dozen raw oysters. Of course, you’ll also find your seafood omelets and other breakfast treats as you read down the list.

For those who have an undying love of food, at Stiltsville Fish Bar, you’re in luck. This restaurant offers private event dining parsed into two categories. You can call ahead to schedule a semi-private experience with up to 50 people for a full dinner and up to 75 people for the cocktail prior. If that’s not enough, just rent out the bar for up to 100 dinner guests and up to 150 cocktail guests.
All you need to do is fill out a request form on their website to let them know about the scope of your event.
