Humberto De La Osa was the salesman that took care of my husband and I. He showed us a variety of new autos that met our needs and gave us a test drive in a Honda SUV and in a Honda Accord. After these two experiences I was sure that I was going to buy a Honda and that I wanted a smaller car. My final decision was a 2025 meteorite gray Honda Civic that we purchased with a six year maintenance agreement. Mr. De La Osa was extremely knowledgeable about the brand and guided us through the process for several hours as required for any large cash purchase. I was very satisfied with my first Honda experience and rate it much higher than my two former Miami local Chevrolet and Ford car purchases.
