Behind the second row, you’ll find 39.2 cubic feet of space to store your luggage in. However, if you need extra cargo room and the second row is not in use, just fold it over to make 75.8 cubic feet of space!
If it’s streamlined power you’re looking for, the CR-V presents it in its base trim. A standard inline 4-cylinder engine is in place to produce 184 horsepower and 180 lb-ft of torque.
For a little extra oomph performance-wise, drivers can choose to add in an optional turbocharger to their engine. This will give horsepower a boost to 190, helping you to more quickly merge onto highways and pass traffic.
Depending on your combination of drivetrain and engine, you’ll be able to achieve different levels of efficiency in your crossover. You get the top fuel conservation when you have the available turbocharged engine and 2-wheel drivetrain.
When the above configuration is on the EX, EX-L, and Touring trims, your CR-V will maintain an EPA-estimated 34 MPG highway and 28 MPG city.1
Like in all other Honda models, the CR-V offers Honda Sensing® in the EX and all trims moving forward. This suite of driver assisting features can let you know when a hazard is imminent, or in some cases, apply corrective steering and braking to keep you safe.
Also available in these trims is the Blind Spot Monitoring System with Cross Traffic Monitor. It can keep track of when a vehicle is in your blind spots. If it detects something is there, it will promptly let you know.
In the CR-V, there are four different trim levels to choose from. As you get a little higher on the trim ladder, you’ll find more and more luxurious technologies and features, such as the leather-trimmed seats in the EX-L and Touring trims. Feel free to select:
